My path into real estate was shaped by witnessing how profoundly property decisions impact people’s lives — not just financially, but emotionally and generationally. Growing up in East Vancouver, and now as a mom of two boys, I have seen firsthand how neighborhoods evolve, how families build long-term stability through real estate, and how the right guidance at the right time can change outcomes. That connection to this city, combined with a natural inclination to advocate for others, has led me to a career where strategy, trust, and human understanding intersect. Vancouver’s complexity — from zoning and density to diverse communities and multiplex development potential — is what keeps me engaged and why I’ve dedicated my career to mastering this market.
